CARROLL DESIGN COLLABORATIVE

Carroll Design Collaborative was established in May of 2020 by John and Andrea Carroll.  It was very important for John and Andrea to develop a team that was hinged on collaboration, as great design is never developed with a singular mind.  Together, John and Andrea have over 26 years of experience in Architecture and as a team the firm has almost 32 years of combined experience working on various different project types.  CDC is always eager to work on any project type and will carefully listen to the needs of the client and project teams to complete the project.

PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT

ANDREA CARROLL

BIO:

Andrea is a Principal Architect of the firm and a Co-Founder of Carroll Design Collaborative.  Bringing both an artistic, yet methodological design approach to our Studio, she delivers a truly meaningful perspective to Architecture and Design.

Andrea’s interest in Architecture blossomed during her Freshman year in High School when she began to draw her dream house.  She felt that it was incredibly impactful to design spaces for a person’s or group’s need.

Andrea started Architecture School at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2005 and graduated in 2009 with her Bachelor of Science in Architecture. Andrea studied Architectural Lighting Design for one year at Parsons the New School for Design in New York  City and soon after decided to return to Las Vegas to pursue her Master of Architecture, which she received in 2012.

In the twelve years that she has been in the field professionally, she developed a breadth of knowledge on a wide variety of project types.  She feels that Architecture is an opportunity to positively impact a person’s senses and general well-being.  Every day is an opportunity for growth both personally and professionally, and she continually strives to make both the design and client experience better day by day.
